That is why we invite any potential new residents to come and meet us, whether that be for an informal chat and a look around our home, or to take part in one of our many activities and meet the other residents who live here at Twelve Trees. Our dedicated care team provides 24 hour care for all our residents; each and every resident has a detailed care plan, tailored towards their individual needs, preferences and choice about the care they receive is a priority here at Twelve Trees. Helping our residents live fulfilling lives in a comfortable safe environment is at the centre of everything we strive to achieve. Promoting dignity, respect and choice are key aspects in the care provided by our staff.
