Awful customer sevice

The ladies who served me on the till were chatty kind and absolutely fantastic. The lady who does the card machine is extremely rude and misinformed. I paid on card the money left my account and she refused to give me my items despite showing her I had paid. She has since lied, accused me of making her daught cry and blocked me off the Facebook page to stop me leaving reviews. Please see evidence I paid below. Had to get a refund from the bank!! She also made my 5 year old son (who has learning difficulties) cry by telling him she was putting his toy back on the shelf. She Is awful!!
